I moved to Toronto from Thunder Bay when I was in my late teens -clearly I've been here quite a while ;0)- and stayed because I love this city and what it has to offer: Great neighbourhoods with the diversity to suit a very interesting and cosmopolitan population. I've learned about many cultures, discovered wonderful new foods and enjoyed living in a safe, accessible microcosim of the world.
Over the years I've lived in quite a number of Toronto neighbourhoods (as far west as Parkdale, east to The Bluffs and The Beach, north to Thornhill then North Toronto and now Mid-town) and offer this first hand knowledge to my clients as they search for the 'right spot' for this phase of their life... People's needs vary over time - often dramatically: The good news is - Toronto has it all!
Geographically, most of my work is based in the central triangle of Toronto, starting at the 401 and Yonge and broadening out southbound to the lake - from Mimico in the west to The Beach in the east.
I work hard to create confident, satisfied clients with whom I develop long-term working relationships: Clients who are happy to be repeat customers and to refer their friends, family and colleagues to me. I build these relationships through clear communication, prompt follow-up, an attention to detail and an ever expanding knowledge of the options available. I work hard for my clients, listening closely to their needs.
